McCarthy Boulevard Pump Station Garage
This 3,908sqft building was constructed for the maintenance personnel servicing the Pump station on McCarthy Boulevard.
The building is constructed with conventional steel and includes a suspended mechanical mezzanine built to house the make up air system in the building.
The exterior building finishes are predominately insulated metal panel with an prefinished metal accent façade at the top of the building. Aluminum clerestory windows on 4 sides of the building allow natural light throughout. The site included new concrete curbs, aprons, and asphalt parking along with a power operated gate system in the new chain link security fencing.
Some unique features of the project include the 5 ton overhead bridge crane and weatherproof electrical wiring and fixtures throughout the facility. A full security system was also installed to meet the City of Regina specifications.
