Grasslands CIBC Regina
VPM was contracted to construct the base building for the development company and later contracted to complete the tenant improvements for the client. This 3730sqft building consists of a new CIBC bank complete with a regional office, ATM, central file storage, general offices, server room, and associated washrooms and janitorial room.
The building is constructed with conventional steel combined with a structural steel stud envelope. The roof is finished with an EPDM roof system to house the roof top mechanical units.
The exterior building finishes are a combination of composite metal cladding, brick, and prefinished metal. The front entry is highlighted with a full height curtain wall while the drive through is complete with a covered canopy to match the building.
Some unique features of the project include a lockable accordion door and high level security requirements at the ATM, suspended baffle ceilings, and Korogard interior wall systems.
