Gate Gourmet Tenant Improvement
This 5,100sqft interior tenant improvement consists of a commercial kitchen and prep area, locker rooms, washrooms, dry storage area, receiving docks, commissary cages, and freezer/fridge compartments.
The existing building is a pre-engineered steel building with a concrete floor over metal deck and steel joists. The interiors are constructed with drywall partitions, insulated freezer panel walls, insulated freezer panel ceilings, and pre-manufactured cage wall systems.
The interior finishes consist of paint, epoxy quartz flooring, sheet vinyl, and drywall.
Some unique features of the project include the 2,200sqft of suspended insulated panel ceilings at 15’ to 20’ above the finished floor. The interior insulated metal panel wall and ceiling system captures the main prep and kitchen areas creating a large self-contained cooler. An intricate number of refrigerant lines, fire suppression lines, and duct connections suspended from the existing structure tie in the commercial kitchen equipment and building systems.
